Good morning, everyone!
It is a great pleasure to be with you in Guiyang to attend the 5th China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference. On behalf of the China Textile Industry Federation, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Ministry of culture and tourism for their guidance to this conference. I also wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the Propaganda Department of Guizhou Provincial Committee for its efforts in organizing the conference, and for the support of the Guizhou Provincial Department of industry and information technology, the Department of culture and tourism and the Ethnic Religious Affairs Committee, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all colleagues who are concerned about the development of intangible cultural heritage in textile industry.
The main task of the fifth national textile intangible cultural heritage conference is to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the investigation and investigation of Miao embroidery in Guizhou at the beginning of this year, develop the Miao embroidery industry and help the Rural Revitalization. In my opinion, there are three quintessence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on Miao embroidery in Guizhou, which needs our careful understanding and implementation. First, he praised the Miao Embroidery "how exquisite it is to embroider every stitch". This is a full affirmation of Miao xiuniang's ingenuity and exquisite skills. It also points out the cultural essence that should be adhered to for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage and the whole traditional crafts; Secondly, it points out that "Miao embroidery is both traditional and fashionable, and it is also a culture and an industry". It links the history and reality of Miao embroidery, integrates culture and industry, and points out the direction for the inheritance and development of Miao embroidery traditional culture and technology; Third, it is clear that Miao embroidery can use industry to help the poor and rural revitalization, and can contribute to the national strategy. General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech not only provides direction and guidance for the development of Miao embroidery industry, but also injects a sense of mission and strong power into the development of intangible cultural heritage of textile industry.
Miao embroidery was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list in 2006. It is the root and soul of Miao culture, with a long history and brilliant multiple times. Although Miao people have no their own words in history, the patterns and colors of Miao embroidery have mysterious totems and decorative art symbols. It is worth our more time to study and explore the historical and cultural weight of Miao embroidery through in-depth study. Miao people use embroidery to record and write their own history on their costumes. They seldom express concrete life scenes, but focus more on the expression of their own spiritual world. They are called "historical books on their bodies", which carry the immortal legends of Miao people from generation to generation. Today, Miao embroidery is still an important way of production and life for Miao compatriots. With the care and support of governments at all levels and the joint efforts of people from all walks of life who love Miao culture, Miao embroidery pattern protection, inheritance of traditional techniques, construction of talent team, product design and development, development of production and employment, integration of culture and tourism, brand and channel expansion Remarkable progress and achievements have been made in international cultural exchanges. However, in the new development period of industrialization, urbanization, internationalization, domestic consumption upgrading and scientific and technological progress, the shortcomings of traditional Miao embroidery technology are increasingly apparent. How to continue to develop in accordance with its own survival law, how to follow the economic law of industrialization and marketization to bring material and spiritual satisfaction to the inheritors, and how to integrate into contemporary life to present life vitality, To make contributions to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization should be the key problems we should explore and solve. Now, based on the experience of studying the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech, I would like to make five suggestions on Miao embroidery and traditional textile technology for your reference
1、 Correctly handle the relationship between inheritance and development of Miao embroidery. This is actually a common problem faced by traditional textile technology. Inheritance means continuation, protection, preservation and inheritance. There are two key points, people and means. At present, people are faced with the problems of small number, old age and lack of successors, which need to be solved by means of national feelings, family inheritance, policy support, employment training, interest driven, etc., and various ways to retain, attract and expand the team of Miao embroidery inheritors; Protection can not only be preserved in the museum or in the oral transmission and skilled operation of Miao embroidery culture and skills of xiuniang, we should be good at using living inheritance in line with the contemporary aesthetic standards, and use modern digital technology to input, transform and restore, so that the patterns and operation skills of Miao embroidery can be presented, preserved and disseminated in a three-dimensional, intuitive and dynamic form. Development is to carry forward, transform and innovate on the basis of reasonable inheritance. The national customs, life worship, color matching and some manual skills that are hard to replace by machines can be appropriately inherited, but they can not be copied in the original way. They can be creatively transformed in terms of cultural expression, technical methods, cross-border integration, application fields, communication channels, etc Innovative development can promote the essence of Miao embroidery culture in the context of contemporary culture and life.
2、 Efforts should be made to promote the high-quality development of traditional Miao embroidery techniques. Miao embroidery has rich and colorful embroidery techniques. It is not only the spiritual home and livelihood source of Miao women, but also an important basis and resource to promote the industrialization of Miao embroidery. However, from the current point of view, the expression of Miao embroidery skills is still relatively traditional, and the trend of keeping pace with the times has not really formed. Many embroiderers are embroidering their own life, staying in the local living state, and most of the products are focused on local use, lack of innovation and transformation, and are difficult to adapt to the current and broader market demand. To promote the high-quality development of traditional Miao embroidery, we should start from the integration of modern fashion design and Miao embroidery skills. The basic characteristics of Miao embroidery should be retained. The theme, content and product function of patterns and patterns can be combined with modern life and aesthetic appreciation. Designers should be encouraged to experience the essence of traditional Miao embroidery crafts in Miao villages and integrate modern design concepts, techniques, raw materials, and product functions The use of the tools should be optimized and improved, focusing on the training of embroiderers to craft designers, cultivating local forces for the high-quality development of Miao embroidery skills, so that they can obtain respect, confidence, income and spiritual pleasure from the design and creation of appropriate real life and aesthetic.
3、 Follow the law of market economy to develop Miao embroidery industry. The development of Miao embroidery industry needs to solve the existing problems of small, scattered and weak. This is also a common problem of traditional handicraft industry in China. "Small" itself is not a problem, but the failure to show the development characteristics of "specialty, specialty and innovation" is naturally a problem. It needs to be changed through the development of specialization, fine management, unique characteristics, innovation and transformation, and can also be adjusted by manual + machine scale production. "Scattered" means that workshops, cooperatives and small and micro enterprises are distributed in a decentralized way, and production factors are not gathered. At present, the solution is basically to establish parks and characteristic towns, but it should be combined with infrastructure, public services and tourism resources, and there should be an industrial planning and policy support system to attract people to the parks and towns. "Weak" means that the market competitiveness is not strong, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of design sense of products, similar form and function, low production efficiency, high cost, incompatible industrial chain, insufficient investment in science and technology and capital, blocked marketing channels, no product IP, weak brand influence, etc Effective solutions, including design, science and technology, capital, channels, brand are very key areas, which need in-depth research and integration of resources to form a project or engineering way to promote.
4、 Tell the story of Miao embroidery and spread its culture. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that culture is the lifeblood of a nation and a deeper and more lasting driving force. This should be a methodology for us to study how to develop Miao embroidery industry. Miao embroidery culture should be put in the basic, long-term and extensive position in the industrial development work layout. "Telling a good story of Miao Embroidery" should be a good starting point and starting point for the development of Miao embroidery industry. Many articles can be done. We should not only tell the traditional story of Miao embroidery, but also the contemporary artistic value and aesthetic value of Miao embroidery, and also tell the innovation and Entrepreneurship stories of contemporary Miao embroidery people. Implement CIS project, create the overall image of Miao embroidery, improve the identification and communication efficiency of Miao embroidery, and create the brand of Miao embroidery. According to the national policy of encouraging intangible cultural heritage into the classroom, we should promote the intangible cultural heritage of Miao embroidery to go out of Miao village, Guizhou, and more schools and classrooms, so as to spread Miao embroidery culture to young people. Organizing cultural, creative and fashion design competitions with the theme of "Miao embroidery and contemporary life" to promote the innovative transformation of Miao embroidery has become a strong support for the inheritance and industrial development of Miao embroidery. The paper systematically collates and publishes the pattern Atlas of Miao embroidery, deeply studies the historical and cultural value and artistic aesthetic value of Miao embroidery, and strengthens the intellectual property protection of Miao embroidery patterns. Planning Miao embroidery art exhibition in famous museums and art space at home and abroad. To embrace the video age, hold the micro film and short video competition of "Miao embroidery into contemporary life", and make more people know, understand and like Miao embroidery with the help of new media communication, so as to form a social atmosphere of contemporary Miao embroidery culture.
5、 With Miao embroidery industry to boost rural revitalization. We should bring the development of Miao embroidery into the overall situation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and play an important role as a promoter. In this year's selection of the promotion ambassadors of Miao embroidery in China's intangible cultural heritage, many of them have led the Miao embroidery women out of a "finger economy" road of poverty alleviation and income increase with their traditional skills and social responsibility, making contributions to the completion of the poverty alleviation task as scheduled. With the opening and starting of the 14th five year plan, poverty alleviation will turn to Rural Revitalization on the basis of continuously consolidating its achievements. The foundation and key of Rural Revitalization is industrial revitalization, which is also the fundamental policy to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation. Therefore, three suggestions are put forward: first, focus on the development of Miao embroidery as a characteristic industry, focus on supporting the rural and ethnic areas where Miao embroidery resources are relatively concentrated, and promote the marketization process of Miao embroidery industrialization under the condition of inheriting the traditional characteristic culture of Miao embroidery, The Miao embroidery resources will be transformed into the income and wealth of Miao villagers in a stable and sustainable way; Second, we should focus on the development of Miao embroidery as an ecological green industry. We should try our best to embody the concept of ecological environmental protection and green development from the aspects of design creativity, raw materials, production and product performance, so as to play a positive role in protecting the livable countryside and green waters and mountains; The third is to focus on the development of Miao embroidery as a cultural and tourism integration industry, which can not only continuously enrich the Miao's rural culture and folk life, but also deeply integrate into the rural tourism industry system, so that people can share and feel the beauty, beauty and common happiness in the colorful and quality cultural and tourism space created by Miao embroidery.
Comrades, this year marks the beginning of the development of the 14th five year plan and the beginning of the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
