   As the core equipment of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent testing equipment is an important component of the "six bases of industry" and an important field of advanced industrial foundation, It is of great significance to support the building of a manufacturing power, a quality power and a digital China.
   Recently, seven departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Action Plan for the Development of Intelligent Testing Equipment Industry (2023-2025). It is proposed that by 2025, the intelligent detection technology will basically meet the needs of users in the field of manufacturing process, the supply capacity of core parts, special software and complete equipment will be significantly improved, the demonstration drive and scale application of intelligent detection equipment in key fields will have obvious results, and the industrial ecology will be initially formed, basically meeting the development needs of intelligent manufacturing.
   In terms of industrial application, the action plan proposes to promote more than 100 demonstration applications of intelligent detection equipment, cultivate a batch of excellent scenes and demonstration plants, and deepen the large-scale application of intelligent detection equipment in eight fields, including machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronics, steel, petrochemical, textile, and medicine.
   In terms of key projects, the action plan proposes to develop a number of special intelligent testing equipment. Focusing on the special testing needs of machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronic information, steel, petrochemical, textile, medicine and other industries, we will support users to take the lead, tackle cross disciplinary and cross domain problems in production, education, research and application, carry out forward design based on digital models, integrate new principles, new materials, and new processes, and develop a batch of special intelligent testing equipment. Strengthen the development of special testing equipment for new materials, biological manufacturing and other emerging fields.
   Renovate and upgrade a batch of in-service testing equipment. To meet the needs of digital, networked and intelligent development in the traditional manufacturing field, a batch of in-service inspection equipment of the production line will be transformed by embedding intelligent components or devices such as sensors, controllers, communication modules, etc., to promote the interconnection of manufacturing equipment and inspection and testing equipment, improve the level of product intelligence, and support the construction of digital workshops and intelligent factories.
   Special intelligent testing equipment for textile industry. The action plan proposes to break through the chemical filament dyeing judgment system, tension online detection device, fabric defect detection system, dye and chemical concentration and liquid carrying capacity detection system, fiber impurities and foreign fiber online detection system, temperature and humidity and weight online detection device, packaging quality detection device, etc.
   The action plan also proposes to implement the technical equipment promotion project, strengthen the technical test verification and engineering breakthrough, and promote the technical maturity and performance iteration improvement of intelligent detection equipment. Carry out application demonstration and popularization of innovative products, and promote the application demonstration and large-scale promotion of intelligent detection equipment in machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronics, steel, petrochemical, textile, medicine and other industries.

   Among them, the textile industry demonstration and promotion application scenarios are mainly aimed at the detection requirements brought by the flexible large format, deformation prone, three-dimensional, high-speed dynamic processing process, and various types of defects of the processing objects, to achieve intelligent detection of key links such as spinning, spinning, weaving, nonwovens, etc.
