Taiwan Strait And Hong Kong And Macao Intelligent Textile Materials Innovation Youth Forum Held

In September 25th, the Forum on Intelligent youth textile materials innovation across the Taiwan Strait and Hong Kong and Macao was held in Hangzhou. The forum was supported by the China Association for science and technology exchange, hosted by the China Textile Engineering Society, the Youth Commission of the China Textile Engineering Society, the Key Laboratory of the advanced textile materials and preparation technology department of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, the cross strait textile and garment production, education and Research Association, the Limited by Share Ltd, the Shishi Institute of clothing and accessories industry, and the Suzhou Institute of textile industry and textile industry research institute. A total of more than 100 young scholars and young business leaders from relevant universities, research institutes and enterprises engaged in scientific research and technology development participated in the forum.

Textile is a very wide interdisciplinary subject. From upstream fiber to weaving, printing and dyeing, and subsequent clothing and art design, it covers not only basic disciplines such as chemistry, physics and mathematics, but also art disciplines such as materials, machinery and costume design. Scholars from textile related disciplines are welcome to participate in this youth forum. I hope that on this platform, participants will be able to express their views and spark new sparks through the collision of ideas, so as to better integrate science and art.

Young scientists and technicians are the main force of innovation and development.
