Haiyan Convened A Hundred Days' Tough Meeting And Special Mobilization Meeting In Textile And Garment Industry

In order to effectively improve the safety production conditions of the county's textile and garment industry, and thoroughly tackle a number of outstanding problems in safety production, according to the unified arrangement of safe sea salt construction, this morning, Haiyan County Security Committee held a special session to carry out the special production safety regulation of the county's textile and garment industry, the main leaders and leaders of the county emergency Bureau, the leaders in charge of various towns (streets) and the stationmaster stationed in safety, and the relevant members of the county security committee attended the meeting.

According to the background of the battle for the safety and production of textile and garment industry in a hundred days, we must make concerted efforts. In accordance with the general requirements of "full coverage, zero tolerance, strict enforcement and substantial results", we must adhere to the principle of town (street) territorial management and departmental supervision and guidance. From June to October, we will use 100 days to find out the bottom of the county's textile and garment enterprises, establish a ledger, supervise and urge the rectification and elimination of a number of potential accidents, supervise and manage the rectification of a batch of major hidden dangers, strictly investigate a number of illegal activities according to law, and effectively solve the outstanding problems existing in the textile and garment industry, and resolutely win the battle of safety production in the five areas of peace and sea salt construction. The meeting was chaired by Cao Weiyi, director of the county security committee and director of the county emergency Bureau. He first introduced the rapid development of the whole county.

Subsequently, Chen Guohua, deputy director of the county emergency Bureau, fully interpreted the "implementation plan of a hundred days' hard work campaign" in Haiyan County's textile and clothing industry in the form of PPT display, clarified the time node tasks and work requirements, and rearranged and emphasized the four key tasks, including liability insurance, double prevention mechanism, normalization of comprehensive supervision, and summary of safety production in the first half of the year.

At the same time, the meeting also heard the opinions and suggestions put forward by the participating townships (streets) and the relevant departments in response to the requirements for the implementation of a hundred day plan for tackling the problem.

Finally, Secretary Cao Weiyi put forward four requirements: first, to enhance ideological understanding and ensure the completion of the task; two, to strengthen organizational leadership and set up a special work class; three, to strengthen departmental cooperation and to highlight joint law enforcement; four, to strengthen the management of source and make overall arrangements for key work.
