Fujian Provincial Bureau Of Inspection Carried Out Laboratory Opening Day Activities To Enhance Public Awareness Of Textiles
A few days ago, the Fujian Provincial Bureau of inspection and quarantine carried out the opening day of laboratory activities during the national science and technology week. 10 young delegates from Cangshan district government and directly affiliated units in Fuzhou, Fujian province were invited to participate.
It is reported that during the event, the delegates visited the Fujian science and technology exhibition hall and various laboratories, and observed the testing process of products such as fiber, fabric, clothing, bags, leather and footwear. The performance of fabric chemical indicators, microbial indicators, fabric composition, physical properties and color fastness were studied. During the visit, technicians on the spot tested the UV protection performance of several sunscreen and umbrellas for free, and distributed all kinds of textile and clothing quality knowledge brochures and typical leather souvenirs.
Through the opening day of laboratory activities, the publicity of textile quality and safety knowledge has been intensified, so that the public has a further understanding of the performance indicators and inspection techniques of textile and clothing.
