An ultra lightweight seat weighing only 10 kg was shown to the public at a seminar on the "light structure phase change" held near Trier, Germany.

This is an innovative project jointly launched by seven very professional companies from Germany and Austria.

CSI development technology company (Germany Baden Teng Burg), Alba mold & amp; engineering company (Salzburg, Germany, Shi Tao), automobile management consulting company (Germany's AMC) and four other partners, spent seven months to develop a feasibility study of lightweight seat joint project.

The development of the project requires not only the latest technology but also the quicker working method.

The winding process of an innovative fiber composite component designed by AMC can reduce most of the weight.

The patented xFK in the 3D process uses impregnated resin continuous filament winding as part and does not produce waste.

The CSI development technology company uses the technological advantages of seat structure design to create lightweight seats, which are well suited for super sports cars, sports cars or future air taxis.
