In September 20th, the 2018 Beijing fashion Summit Forum, Tsinghua University, was held at Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. The theme of the forum is "intangible cultural heritage and innovative development of ethnic cultural industries". He has interpreted the inspiration and preparation process of the intangible heritage elements such as silk, velvet flower and iron flower in the "Jubilee". It extends from the demonstration of Yan Jubilee to the modern expression of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the market potential of the intangible heritage as the official peripheral product of the movie and TV drama. He believes that the beauty of things is common, but we need a better way to dig and find it, and found that there must be a market. Ni Ma Jiang, director of the Museum of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, has made a theme sharing on the intangible cultural heritage and the cultural industry in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai province. He elaborated on the improvement of Yushu's intangible heritage protection from archiving to activation, and promoted the development of related cultural industries, effectively promoting the precision of cultural poverty alleviation. At the same time, Yushu has further promoted the integration strategy of cultural tourism and business travel, developed the major industry of Sanjiang's ecological and cultural tourism, supported the construction base of production enterprises, and nurturing the leading enterprises of non heritage. The rescue and development protection of intangible cultural heritage has achieved initial success.

He Guoliang, the inheritor of the Qiang embroidery and the public welfare entrepreneur, shared the keynote speech on the modern design and application of Qiang embroidery in modern life. He focused on the characteristics and innovation of Qiang costumes, and thought that they could not carry their ancestral things blindly. Every age must have better inheritance. Traditional handicrafts carry different historical memories in different historical stages.

Xiang Xu, director of the Liangshan Zhaojue Yi culture research center, made a keynote speech on the advantages of the Yi nationality dress culture development in Zhaojue county. He introduced that Zhaojue county has the advantage of inheriting the soil under the condition of relatively complete cultural ecology. Under the tender care of general secretary Xi Jinping, Liangshan has now become an important position for the country to tackle poverty, build ecological environment and develop tourism. Xiang Xu talked about the hope that through this cooperation with Tsinghua, Zhaojue can really find the way of traditional protection and development of the Yi culture, so that the Yi dress can really go out of the great Liangshan and create more cultural value and economic value to a greater extent, thus providing more possibilities for the development of Contemporary fashion.

Niu Tao, deputy secretary and vice president of the association of Chinese small and medium business enterprises, shared a unique view on the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage in the new era. He believes that there is cultural sedimentation at any time. This pluralistic culture is an important support and component part of modern cultural construction. He put forward the three yuan heritage ecology of non heritage + technology + industry. First, Chen Anying, associate professor of the Department of art history of Academy of Fine Arts, and Wen Bo, a member of the project group, shared the results of the project "special cultural industry products and talents promotion" entrusted by the Cultural Industry Department of the Ministry of culture and tourism. They released an investigation report on the development of the clothing industry of the Tibetan, Qiang and Yi culture industry, which is to further promote the construction of the "Tibetan Qiang and Yi culture industry corridor". The project team has investigated and demonstrated the possibility of developing a major cultural industry in Tibet, Qiang and Yi regions. The report recommends giving priority to the development of national costume industry, strengthening government support, introducing intelligence from outside, attracting foreign investment, and establishing a platform for collaborative innovation.

Next, Li Yingjun, associate professor of textiles and clothing art design department of Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, released the "Yi nationality clothing culture research and design innovation report", based on the current design context, aesthetic trend and market environment, based on the aesthetic characteristics of Yi traditional costumes, to explore its fashion spanformation in modern life, and explore the innovative development path of national costume. Through the investigation and study of the Yi People's clothing culture in the past year, the research group has designed a series of modern Yi ethnic costumes which are rich in national characteristics and fashion sense, and will hold a grand show in the China Millennium Monument in September 22, 2018 on the platform of 2018 Beijing fashion week.
