Shanghai Quality Supervision Experts Received Complaints About Clothing And Footwear Yesterday.
The 12365 complaints center of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau held a special clothing and footwear complaint yesterday morning. Experts answered questions and made professional identification for the public.
According to statistics, 30 complaints, reports and consultations were received yesterday, including 18 clothing items, 12 leather products and 23 on-site solutions.
The commodity brands mainly include ladies' house, Captaino, NIKE, Playboy and so on. The main problems reflected are pilling, fading, sole wearproof and so on.
Consumer Mr. Hu reflected that in March 7th this year, he bought a MiuMiu brand leather bag at Heng Lung Plaza, worth 10900 yuan. After three days, he found that a new leather bag had lost a piece of leather when he had never used it. So he came to the store to ask for a return, but the store only meant to change it, and refused to return it.
However, according to the "Three Guarantees" agreement, the quality of products within 7 days can be refunded. Without satisfying the store's handling plan, he came to today's special consultation field to seek professional help.
Quality supervision experts have carefully recorded the case and intend to do further identification.
Miss Fang reflected that during the promotion of new year's business, she spent 1450 yuan to buy a down coat for her husband at Captaino store in Huaihailu Road. She was also delighted with the fact that she was getting the benefit. She knew that the clothes had not been worn several times, and the duck's inside began to drill out. Miss Fang went to the shop in February 16th hoping to change the goods. After knowing the situation, the shop owner promised to send the down garment to the manufacturer for inspection. In the early March, she replied that there was no problem in the quality of the clothes and refused to change the goods, but Miss Fang had to choose 12365 complaints.
After expert identification, the down coat fabric and sewing defects are directly causing the quality of garment.
