A hydrogen peroxide low-temperature bleaching catalyst (i. e. enzyme mimetic metal complex catalyst and amide catalyst complex) was designed, synthesized and screened to produce the best activation efficiency in the range of 70 to 80 degrees. The parameters of the bleaching catalyst in practical application were designed and optimized, and the physical and mechanical properties of the cotton fiber were guaranteed while the whiteness was obtained. Combined with the existing production line of the printing and dyeing mill, the optimal low temperature oxygen bleaching process was formulated on the premise that the original equipment was reconstructed as little as possible.
The basic principle is to screen and cultivate high effective hydrogen peroxide alkaline pectinase and keratinase producing strains. By using the efficiency and specificity of biological enzymes, the cotton fabric is desizing and scouring by biological enzyme, and the low temperature bleaching of cotton fabric is realized by the catalytic catalysis of hydrogen peroxide low temperature catalyst.

Evaluation of application effect
The evaluation indexes of the desizing grade, wool effect, fabric hand feeling, cloth tidy and cottonseed shell removal were evaluated before processing the processed cotton fabric, and the effect of the application of biological enzyme complex technology was evaluated.

Several kinds of Metal Complexes Catalysts with different structure types have been synthesized, and the hydrogen peroxide low temperature catalytic system suitable for low temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics has been obtained through synergistic combination with amide catalysts.
In 2011, using the existing production line of Huafang shares, combined with the appropriate pformation of the equipment, the best practical application process was worked out, and the large-scale production test achieved satisfactory results.
