Model agreement for Seafarers Training

1. Party A

2. in accordance with the requirements of Party B, Party A agrees to train the engineers and technicians in the two batches of the company.

Each phase is trained to be trained on the land and trained on the land. After training, the trainings are carried out on the hovercraft which is accepted by Party B.

Each phase of the training plan shall be formulated separately and notify Party B two months before the training.

The time required for each batch of trainees to arrive in the area will be agreed by the two sides according to the delivery schedule and training plan.

3. in order to facilitate the preparatory work for Party A's training, before the training of each batch of trainees, Party B will provide Party A with names, specialties, duties, date of birth, education level and so on.

The above trainees should have a certain professional foundation and practical operation ability and be able to understand English.

4. the training fee shall be borne by Party B. the amount of training per person per day is $__________U.S.D., which includes training, food, brick, medical treatment and pportation expenses.

The training fee is paid in convertible US dollars.

Party B shall pay the trainee's fee to Party A at the time of arrival of each batch of trainees when they arrive in the area. The time and amount of payment should be attached.

5. the agreement is written in English, with two originals, each holding one.

This Agreement shall come into force on the date of signature.

6. if there are any outstanding matters, the two sides will negotiate through friendly negotiation and confirm in writing.
