Machinery Co., Ltd. has introduced the national key new product ASGA368 type nine unit high rise drying room pre wet pulp at the exhibition.

The product is awarded the two prize of scientific and technological progress by the China Textile Industry Association.
The machine adopts nine unit synchronous AC servo control, elevated diagonal and horizontal layout drying room, three roll horizontal pressurization, pre wet forced spraying, constant tension winding and unwinding technology. The process parameters such as slurry concentration, sizing elongation, moisture regain, sizing rate, grouting force and temperature have been set, on-line detected and effectively controlled.
Through pre wetting, the machine can save about 20% of the pulp and reduce the yarn hairiness by more than 75%. It can meet the sizing requirements of wide and high density cotton and hemp blended fabrics.
The use of Handan De Yuan Textile Co., Ltd. and other users at home and abroad proves that the machine is stable in performance and reliable in quality, and has two functions: pre wet sizing and conventional sizing.
