■ Xiantao:

15 textile and clothing enterprises were listed on the fourth board

It is like entering a "clothing city" to come to the garment industrial park in Maozui Town, Xiantao City along National Highway 318. Standardized garment factories line up for several kilometers. Every year, 110 million women's trousers are sent from here to the whole country, and for every three women's casual trousers sold nationwide, one comes from Xiantao. Therefore, Maozui Town has been awarded the title of "Famous Town of Women's Pants in China" by the China Textile Industry Federation.

Textile and clothing is the traditional advantageous industry of Xiantao. After more than 40 years of development, Xiantao has become a "famous light textile city" focusing on textile cloth making and fashionable pants production. Xianxi Garment Industry Cluster, with Maozui Town as the core, gathers 353 enterprises in production and processing, mechanical equipment, raw and auxiliary materials, warehousing and logistics, including 242 garment production and processing enterprises. On January 10, the original clothing production e-commerce industrial base project was signed and settled in Tianmen. Shenzhen Laodongmen Baima Clothing Co., Ltd. plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build an original clothing production e-commerce industrial base project in Tianmen, and strives to introduce several well-known e-commerce live broadcast platforms.

Wang Zhonghua, president of Guangdong Tianmen Chamber of Commerce and chairman of Shenzhen Laodongmen Baima Garment Co., Ltd., said that the Tianmen garment industry has a good foundation and many employees. Since the 1980s, a number of textile and garment enterprises have emerged in Qianjiang, incubating the first listed "Happy Industry" of national garment enterprises, and the name of "Qianjiang Tailor" is well-known throughout the country.

Liu Kesen, secretary-general of Qianjiang Textile and Clothing Industry Association, introduced that there are 1500 textile and clothing market entities in Qianjiang, including 67 industrial enterprises above designated size, and the scale of industrial clusters has exceeded 30 billion yuan. It has basically formed a complete industrial chain from cotton processing, spinning, weaving, design, clothing, packaging to online and offline sales. The annual production capacity of brand clothing has reached 76 million pieces (sets). It is the national production base of outdoor products, the national production base of down jackets, and the national production base of children's clothing.
